Licensed Massage Therapist
Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
WA Lic # 61437899
Hello! I am a licensed massage therapist and certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist with a passion for fostering balance in both body and mind. Rooted in trauma-informed care, my practice emphasizes clear communication, consent, and comfort, ensuring each client feels safe and supported. Drawing on a diverse skill set that includes Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage, I aim to help clients achieve lasting physical and emotional well-being.
My practice is proudly queer, trans, and fat affirming, with a deep commitment to accessibility and culturally responsive care. I continually work to confront and undo biases, including those related to homophobia, fatphobia, ableism, and white supremacy, creating a space that celebrates all bodies and identities.
Outside the treatment room, you’ll find me trail running, exploring rivers, enjoying a rainstorm, or reading with my cat.

Acknowledgment
I would like to acknowledge that my studio workspace rests on the ancestral homelands of the Coast Salish people, particularly the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe, Makah Tribe, the Quileute Tribe, and the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe.
I am on this land because of the forced removal of its traditional people by colonists and settlers. As a white person of european descent who is a guest/settler on this land, I would like to recognize the native communities in my region and offer gratitude for their past and continued stewardship of these lands.

I had my knee replaced in February and struggled with pain and swelling. After 8 weeks of suffering and no sleep I tried Lymphatic Massage for 4 or 5 30-minute visits. I experience results the first night. I was able to sleep and actually get comfortable. I immediately scheduled more appointments to confirm it was not a coincidence. With each visit to April, I found more relief, less swelling and FINALLY started sleeping again. I realize everyone heals differently but I would not hesitate to recommend this therapy for injury or post-op surgeries. April did marvelous work on my knee and I am very grateful I tried this therapy.

If you are in need of a massage, I highly recommend you consider April. As a new postpartum mom her postnatal massage was just what my body needed on its healing journey. She put me at ease and had clear communication throughout the whole massage. The hour flew by and felt like 10 minutes. She is very knowledgeable about her practice and it shows in her work! Your body will seriously thank you after your visit!

April is an incredible massage therapist who also cares deeply for her clients well-being and health. I suffer from chronic tension and pain and saw her for several 90 minute sessions before my surgery. I left every massage feeling so relaxed and cared for, and many times in tears of relief. Her practice and space are inclusive for all and her communication was perfect. Could not say enough good things about her and the whole experience from initial contact to the massage to payment. I will continue seeing her for all my future massage therapy needs.
